This signature California pear cocktail will be served at the California Pear Bridge Dinner this weekend on a scenic bridge in the Sacramento Delta, accompanied by other locally-sourced and prepared offerings.
The Farm-to-Fork Restaurant Pear Recipe Contest introduced to the community some of the best pear recipes we’ve tasted, created by a diverse group of passionate local chefs in the Sacramento region. Thank you to all who participated, we couldn’t have asked for a better group of restaurants and chefs to work with in this Farm-to-Fork effort!
