During August, the Farm-to-Fork Restaurant Pear Recipe Contest resulted in some of the best pear recipes we’ve tasted, created by incredibly talented local chefs in the Sacramento region. From pear cocktails, to appetizers, entrees, and desserts, these farm-to-fork restaurants truly know how to make California-grown pears shine!
Thank you to all who participated, we couldn’t have asked for a better group of restaurants and chefs to work with in this Farm-to-Fork effort!
