California Pear Bridge Dinner attendee, Megan of Traveling Nine to Fiver, recently created a guide to the Sacramento Delta and how you can create your own farm-to-fork foodie adventure in Delta pear country!

She documented her account of the California Pear Bridge Dinner as well as how to make the most of the many sights to see, activities to enjoy, and food and drink to savor in the surrounding area. Her recommendations include fresh produce picking, wine tasting, meals at iconic local eateries, and taking in the scenic views.

Our trip down to attend the California Pear Bridge Dinner gave us the amazing opportunity to get to know the pear growing industry on another level, the community of the Delta, and the quality destination the region is. If you’re based in Northern California, taking a day trip down to explore all that the Delta has to offer is a must.
