WELCOME TO THE INTERNATIONAL SECTION OF CALIFORNIA PEAR ADVISORY BOARD’S WEBSITE.

Established in March 1992, the California Pear Advisory Board is a state agricultural marketing order, which represents farmers who proudly grow California pears with safety, tradition and the environment always in mind. The California Pear Advisory Board is headquartered in Sacramento — the heart of one of the nation’s leading Bartlett pear growing regions.

Through the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agriculture Service (FAS), CPAB receives Market Access Program (MAP) funding to promote California pears in international markets. Export market development efforts are concentrated on several key markets including Canada and Mexico.
